BlogML是一批技术人员自行组织起来制订的通用Blog标准交换语言，不过从整体的发展趋势来看，也许并不一定需要一个新的语言，因为RSS这样的数据格式已经能够满足完整的Blog信息交换需要，所以BlogML的发展也许并不一定有最终的结果，但是对Blog的发展和演进是绝对有意义的。
